All intelligence of the world is welcome to post ideas, how to stop Fukushima Daiichi.  From the Guardian

http://www.guardian.co.uk/environment/blog/2011/apr/05/fukushima-nuclear-stop-radiation-ideas

Today Tokyo weather is fine, wind mild. Cherry blossoms are flowering. Many schools have entering ceremonies this morning. Seemingly very typical day of Japanese Spring, apart from the issue we know. The German Meteorology Agency indicates the dispersion of Iodine 131 is widely spread over Japan, however the level in the air Tokyo is detected like 21.3 cpm/hr. No specific information about Cesium type is available. Not many people wear masks today.

Our small livings under the blue sky

I would send my deepest condolence to everyone who lost their most loved ones, friends and family, and to people evacuating from their home in Tohoku, because of the largest earthquake and tsunamis on 11th March, 2011.

Kagurazaka, Shinjuku, I was walking at the time of earthquake, tall buildings were waving and warping like plastic rulers. Large electric condenser on the pole looked like falling. Someone was crying, people rushed out from restaurants. At the same time I heard a sound, a huge phenomenal noise like leaves in the forest blowing, houses creaking and thousands metals clinking, all together.
From televised scenes arrived day by day since the day, I heard the sound when the tsunamis sweeping ports, houses and town. The sound over wrapped with I heard the same, which we hardly hear such sound, either see such scenes in our daily life. It's in old Chinese saying, 大音希聲 大象無形
"a large sound cannot be heard, a large phenomenon doesn't have a form."

Now we are surrounded by another invisible threat, and continuing fight through our daily life, to protect our family, children and friends. We are not able to give up our livings. We endevour to take all possibilities and methods to resolve the current issue at Fukushima Daiichi plant, to continue our life in this land.

Reading the situation and take an action with appropriate information is important at this present. My dairy news source is the Guardian on the web. Since the earthquake hit Japan on 11th, their reports arrived almost twelve hours earlier than official announcement here, sometimes some days behind or even ignored. Medias here all are seemingly participating the safety legend of nuclear policy with professors from majour national universities and the Nuclear Safety Agent. The fastest report over the Tokyo tap water polluted by the radioactivity was released on 20th March. Japanese media started reporting from 23rd, Wednesday.

My latest concern is the real quantity of the used rods in the water pools in the plants No1-4. The initial article was reported by Yomiuri-shinbun on 18th. On 19th Nuclear Safety Agent announced the details about the number of used rods. Then Yomiuri deleted the article on the same day, with no archives either. The Guardian reported about the issue on 22nd.
